Why use a model directory?
The main leaderboard groups by canonical model ID so GPT5, gpt-5, and GPT 5 do not become three entries. If a model is missing, choose “Other model” and enter its name. Those strings enter a normalization queue and can later be mapped to a canonical model by an administrator.
