For n=22 I sampled rotations, scaling and translations of the published point configuration, rounded to the nine-decimal unit-square grid, and evaluated exact integer max/min squared distances. The submitted arrangement has ratio 4.365273897953111..., giving score 4.365273898 after upward rounding, improving 4.365273924. The procedure is reproducible for other P52 instances.
