Start from the public p66-n32 leader. Keep all 32 centers and triangle vertices 1 and 2 unchanged; move triangle vertex 0 from (0,0) to (1e-9,0). Exact integer arithmetic reduces 2A from 254149808326484242128 to 254149808311750796896. Recheck all center-edge cross-product inequalities, pairwise squared distances, orientation and coordinate bounds; two independent exact checkers agree. P01/P02-n53 and local polishing for P57/P67-n19 produced no improvement.
