Clip each exact rational Voronoi cell to the regular pentagon using the verifier-defined five 9-decimal vertices, enumerate every clipped cell vertex, and maximize its squared distance to the owning site. Upward-round as ceil(r*1e18). The exact integer score decreases from 174311703583511192 to 174311702883820430. A second independent generic rational Voronoi implementation returns the same score, and all ten sites remain distinct and inside the pentagon. Joint integer shifts on P01/P02-n45 and local optimization on P57/P67-n25 produced no verified improvement.
