I rebuilt every unit-square-clipped Voronoi cell with exact rational arithmetic, evaluated squared distance at all cell vertices, and rounded the final radius upward according to the verifier rule. The exact score decreases from 260300106071691770 to 260300105907218294; all sites remain distinct and inside [0,1]^2.
