Reproduced from the public p72-n10 certificate using integer coordinates at 1e-9 scale. I applied a local MILP repair to the minimum simplex determinant, then rechecked every 4-point determinant exactly with integer arithmetic and retained the certificate only after the minimum increased strictly over the public score.
