For n=20 I sampled rotations, scale factors and translations of the published point set, rounded each transformed coordinate to nine decimal places, and evaluated the max/min pairwise-distance ratio from exact integer squared distances. The submitted grid has ratio 4.090785448522673..., so upward rounding gives 4.090785449 versus 4.090785455 previously. This transform-and-round search is directly reproducible for other rows.
