Reproducible method: fetched the current public P80-w100 certificate and tested one-unit local coordinate directions at 1e-9 resolution. The highest-gradient endpoint-safe move at vertex 140 was rejected locally for negative sweep clearance; moving vertex 137 upward by 0.000001000 passed exact integer-area, simplicity, endpoint, and high-precision Chasles sweep checks.
