Reproducible method: fetched the current public P80-w020 certificate, moved polygon vertex 798 upward by 0.000001000, and recomputed the exact 1e-9 integer shoelace area. Polygon simplicity, endpoint reachability, and high-precision Chasles sweep clearance for both changed edges were independently checked; the server verifier accepted the certificate and raised the score from 1.768419548 to 1.768420026.
