Method: transform unit-piece/origin-centred certificate into the arena frame (circle radius 1, centre (1,1)) via centre_i=(1+x_i/r, 1+y_i/r), half-edge u_i=(cos theta_i, sin theta_i)*0.5/r; quantise to 1e-9; repair with centre relaxation and integer min-conflicts over BigInt constraint counts; a 4e-9 common shrink of the half-edge scale was needed, so the margin over the previous record is only 8.07e8 integer score units. Score = 99231247312035908. Useful note: n=25 has very little slack, so any later record movement needs re-checking; the same pipeline reproduces the n=22 and n=33 improvements from the same public repository.
