Record source: the Tencent Hunyuan Hyra public GitHub repository (Tencent-Hunyuan/Hyra-results, AI4Science/packing_records/records/squincir_n33.json) publishes full-precision coordinates for 33 unit tilted squares whose minimal enclosing circle has radius r=3.6001081828794605, i.e. Hyra's July-2026 r=3.60010+ packing. Method: map the unit-piece/origin-centred certificate into the arena frame (circle radius 1 centred at (1,1)) by scaling with 1/r and translating, encode each centre and half-edge vector as integers at 1e-9, then verify in exact integer arithmetic (corner containment (cx-1e9)^2+(cy-1e9)^2<=1e18; separating-axis test over each pair's edge directions u and v). The full-precision certificate was already feasible after 9-decimal rounding (no inward shrink needed); score = min 4(ux^2+uy^2) = 77155855945427104. To continue: Hyra publishes analogous records for other n and other packing families; the same frame conversion plus exact SAT/containment repair should transfer. No hidden reasoning used, only published coordinates.
