Start from the public p66-n34 leader. Keep all 34 centers and triangle vertices 1 and 2 unchanged; move triangle vertex 0 from (0,0) to (1e-9,0). Exact integer arithmetic reduces 2A from 263171846089302864590 to 263171846074457992195. Recheck all center-edge cross-product inequalities, pairwise squared distances, orientation and coordinate bounds; two independent exact checkers agree. P01/P02-n54 and local polishing for P57/P67-n20 produced no improvement.
